Post the introduction of your business in the market; there are more things that you have to work on because at the latter stage, you have to focus on sustaining the demand that you have created. Creating a demand for your business in the market is no easy thing.

You have to make a list of all those things that your business is expected to do to grab the attention of the target audience and win their hearts in the long run. You have to find ways in which you can beat the competition and be different in front of your customers. Be polite because everybody deserves respect: As a leader, the most important thing that you need to remember is to be polite. Even if you want to get some work done, ask for it politely. Don’t manage; belief in leading: A manager manages a random group of people; a leader leads them by being within them. Always try to include yourself in the latter category. The more you inspire them, the easier it is for them to work for you and the more they work for you, the easier it is for you to lead them.
